Spinach contains 6, 43 mg per Cup.
4. pumpkin (pumpkin)
Seeds of pumpkin contains 2.5 mg of iron in 1/4 cup canned pumpkin, but contains 3.41 mg per Cup.
5. kidney beans
Beans contain 2.5 mg per Cup.
6. artichoke (artichoke)
Artichoke containing 5, 10 mg per Cup.
7. olive
Olive oil contains about 2.7 mg per Cup.
8. chard
Chard contains 4 mg per Cup.
9. parsley
Parsley contains 0.5 mg per 2 tsp.
10 liver
Meat and chicken liver is one of the richest sources of iron and protect from and treat anemia.
